Design & Planning Process
The clients came to us without a formal plan. Trevor Davis, our General Manager and seasoned designer of 20+ years, conducted an on-site consultation and identified the client's key wants and needs.
The final design was a blend of both but leaned toward the curved approach. This layout made mowing with a riding mower easier and better complemented the slope of the property.

Accessible stair path using pavers and chat gravel (elder-friendly)
Concrete curbing (selected over metal edging for look + function)
Basic retaining walls and boulder placement
Planting plan with trees, shrubs, perennials

We regularly upgrade existing landscapes with full renovation in addition to new homes or buildings.
The finished landscape was highly functional and beautifully integrated with the home. The homeowner, an involved and detail-oriented client, appreciated the attention to each plant placement and irrigation adjustment. His satisfaction led to word-of-mouth that contributed to winning the next-door project. Photos were later captured by our team member Kenna, showcasing the lush install and thoughtful layout.
