B.J. grew up in Cache Valley and in 2002 graduated from Utah State University with a B.S. in Marketing. He married in 2000 and has 5 children. In his spare time he usually finds more time for work, but when he is lucky he is on the river fly fishing for the elusive trout, Big Jesse.
Trevor joined Canyon Landscaping in 2004 while studying landscape architecture at USU. After 2 years learning the ins and outs of the jobsite and field work, Trevor began conceptual design full time in 2006. Trevor’s design capabilities have been instrumental in taking Canyon Landscaping’s average project scope of basic installation of lawn/sprinkler to comprehensive full scale landscape installation including complete plantings, water features, fire pits, pavers, and other landscape elements.
Trevor’s design talents are rooted in a family line of architects. He has always had a sense of design, creativity, and art. His design philosophy is simple and clean, yet full of substance. In 2011, Trevor has expanded his design knowledge and is pushing the limits of design with incorporating outdoor living spaces as an extension of the home.
Trevor graduated in Landscape Architecture at USU in 2006. He is a native of West Jordan, Utah and has settled into the slower pace of Cache Valley. He married his high school sweetheart in 2002 and has two boys and a daughter. When not at the office or laying out plants, Trevor can be found playing sports with his boys, watching baseball, holding his daughter, or on the golf course.
