Cache Valley

  • Project Manager (2):  Hourly with year round employment option

Lead, coach, and manage your own design-build crew while managing, producing, and installing up to three concurrent landscape projects.  Performance will be measured for on time and on budget productivity with attached incentives within the required parameters of the project.  Preferably, applicant would have college degree in Landscape Management with min. 2 years field experience.  Field experience of 3 years performing landscape installation projects plus the ability to demonstrate strong administrative skills may substitute for applicants without college degree.

  • Shop Technician (1): Full-time seasonal (April 1 -November 30)

Responsible to perform basic truck and equipment maintenance, equipment mobilization and tracking, shop cleanliness, bulk material tracking in yard, and bulk material delivery.   Also the participation in operation of skid steer and mini-x for installation of boulders, topsoil, excavation, and additional equipment tasks.  Job duties also will include landscape maintenance and installation work when not performing shop oriented tasks.  For consideration, applicant must have experience in basic mechanics, operation of equipment, and pulling of heavy loaded trailers.

  • Pro Technician (2): 1 Full-time seasonal & 1 Summer Student

Responsible to perform irrigation and landscape service and repair work for existing and new customers with a professional and customer service oriented approach.  Tasks include a daily route of visiting customer properties and providing problem solving solutions and service within industry standards and company metrics.  For consideration, applicant must have experience directly related to sprinkler repair and installation or experience of similar route type work providing service with customers regularly at their homes, or preferably both.

  • Sales/Design Intern (1): Full-time May – August; Part-time April and September – November

Support the sales and project management teams with design oriented functions for both pre and post job requirements; including concept, irrigation, plant, and custom detail design.  Also participate in basic residential sales, commercial estimating, project administration, and purchasing of irrigation and plant materials.  For consideration, applicant must have independent access to an approved CAD based software and be able to perform design functions proficiently.  Preferably applicant will have been accepted into an industry related program of education or can demonstrate previous experience performing similar tasks.

  • Crew Leaders and Crew Members for both Full-time seasonal and Full-time summer only (Student crew)

Responsible to produce landscape, irrigation, and hardscape projects at the highest quality level within the hours allotted for the project.  Work is provided under the direction of the Project Manager. Tasks include working with a team of 2-3 crew members completing 1-2 jobs at a time while performing all tasks of the job. For consideration, applicants preferably will have landscape installation and/or industry experience, or at a minimum have considerable experience in a labor intensive environment (ie. concrete construction), and demonstrate ability to perform labor at an efficient rate.
